Out of the Blue is a boutique restaurant at Bandra, where something's always happening. It's the first in the city to get the ISO 9000 certification. At 200 covers, it is an inside-outside space with an Art Corner, Wine Chamber and Desert Cafe. It was a study across 9000 properties in Asia and is the only restaurant in India and amongst two in Asia, the other being underwater.
